About

I’m Morgan.

I am midlife.
I am a mother.
I am divorced.
I have lived long enough to know what matters
and ruthless enough to stop pretending the rest does.

I didn’t arrive here by accident.
I arrived by refusal.

Refusal to live small.
Refusal to behave for approval.
Refusal to spend the second half of my life managing myself for other people’s comfort.

I spent over a decade teaching.
Another chapter inside the wellness world:
Pilates. Strength. Bodies. Discipline. Improvement.

I learned the systems.
I mastered the language.
I played the part.

And somewhere along the way, I saw the lie.

That women weren’t tired because they were broken.
They were tired because they were obedient.

What I know now is simple:

Your body was never the problem.
Your desire was never too much.
Your hunger for more life was never wrong.

You were trained to shrink your fire
and call it being “good.”

I opted out.

I am hellbent on living large.
On choosing pleasure without apology.
On choosing power without performance.
On choosing vibrancy over palatability.

I don’t believe women need to be fixed.
I believe they need to be unmanaged.

I want women to leave my presence feeling expanded:
in their bodies,
in their choices,
in their sense of what is possible.

I don’t believe women are queens.
Queens still answer to thrones.

Women are goddesses.

Living embodiments of creation, destruction, desire, intuition, and power.
Whatever name you give the divine ~
we carry it.

Not symbolically.
Literally.

This space isn’t here to motivate you.
It’s here to wake you up.

If you’re done observing.
If you’re done behaving.
If you’re ready to stop asking for permission…

You’re already in the right place.

Choose vibrancy.
